The order process
From the moment you get in touch, we will take care of all your packaging requirements. Our experienced and friendly team will talk through your project to understand your brief, guide you on areas where you need it, and then project manage the process from quote and design, to sampling and delivery.
There will be some basic information required from you at the start to enable us to find the best solution for you, in terms of practicality, design and price.
Size, quantities, functionality and print are key, but you might also like us to take into account storage, shipping, environmental, deadlines and budgets. Our expert team are great at understanding how these different project requirements can interrelate and advise the best solution to meet your needs.
Once we have details, the following process usually applies:
- Brief
- Design
- Quote
- Plain sample sign off
- Print proofs sign off
- Production
- Delivery – usually within 12-15 working days of sign off.
If you have further requirements such as special delivery arrangements, assembly or co-packing just let us know. We approach each project individually and will cater for your specific needs.
