General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable for off the shelf stock products only. For Terms and Conditions related to BoxMart’s Tailored Packaging Solutions, custom made packaging, and any personalised products see BESPOKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Purchasing from us

Our goods are offered for trade sale only.

By placing an order with us it is deemed that you agree to these terms and conditions.

We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we confirm that we have accepted your order. Your order will be despatched upon receipt of monies into our bank account.

We are not able to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is unavailable we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend your order. We reserve the right to use images, of any products supplied, for marketing purposes.


The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. In this event, if you have already paid for your order and you cancel it you will receive a full refund.


We will refund goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging and condition, and subject to a handling charge of 10% of the price of the goods or £7, whichever is greater. This will be deducted from your credit. Refunds will only be given once the returned items are received and inspected. Any goods returned that cannot be sold again as "brand new" will not be credited. (Not "brand new" includes damaged packaging.) Part packs will not be credited. The delivery cost of sending the goods to you will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

We regret we are unable to accept returns of personalised orders.


All orders will require a signature when delivered, this is common practice, and if no one is in and the item is returned to ourselves, you will incur extra charges for the item to be sent out again.

Discount Codes

When discount codes are available they are for use on stock products only, one use per customer, and cannot be used in conjunction with bulk discounts or any other offers.
