Box set Using our patented "BritBox" magnetic closure box. We designed a range of luxury boxes for Forever Living's Christmas range. BritBox offers a revolutionary way of manufacturing luxury flatpack magnetic boxes from corrugated board. Automated production makes these commercially viable in the UK for the first time. This style of box is traditionally imported from the Far East because of labour intensive production. BritBox is made from a single piece of corrugated board in place of 11 pieces of greyboard held together by covering paper. Benefits include increased strength, vastly reduced leadtimes in both production and delivery, plus environmental advantages.
The initial supply was so well received that six unexpected top-up orders were placed and manufactured within as little as 5 days, outperforming Far East lead times with ease. The client reported a 27.5% sales increase with this product.
