Help For Heroes

By redesigning Help for Hereos existing beer bottle gift pack, we actively reduced production costs and minimised breakages too!

THE BRIEF

Help For Heroes had two existing beer bottle gift packs from another supplier. The bottles in each pack varied in size and were prone to breakages. They asked BoxMart to review the historic packaging and suggest improvements that would enhance
its appearance and improve sales.

BOXMART’S ROLE

We created a generic pack that could be used across both bottle sizes. This dramatically reduced production costs and tooling
requirements. We also ensured the bottles were held securely in place to prevent unnecessary movement and breakages.

PRODUCTION DETAILS

Due to the weight of the bottles, we used E Flute board renowned for its strength and fantastic print surface. We
incorporated PMS metallic gold into the print process and suggested a matt laminate OPP finish to significantly reduce the risk of cracking and scuffing.

RESULTS

The pack worked successfully, holding the 2 different types of products and superseded the historic packaging. The success of the pack opened further opportunities to work with Help For Heroes more closely like with this mug and sock cartonboard gift box.
